• We confirm and then arrange a schedule with the client.
• We drop off the box and collect the IT asset, which is tracked in our portal.
• The IT asset is taken for internal processing at Wisetek and the chain of custody is completed.
• We securely wipe the data.

Once the data is wiped and the IT asset is clean, the client can either redeploy, remarket, re-use, or recycle it, depending of course, on its condition and its corresponding value.

When this part of the process is finished, through our portal the customer can view their reports and certificates relating to the specific IT asset.
